The Journey Begins

It begins. As I sit here at the edge of the driveway with my turn signal on, ready to start the journey to our first ever meeting, I can hardly contain my excitement. Excitement to get to Peru; excitement to complete the switch from a secular career to full-time ministry, and excitement to just have God use my family and I where we are at, on the deputation trail.

As we closed the month of December, my family and I had the opportunity to attend the Our Generation Summit in Ohio. This was an amazing time of encouragement as we heard from veteran missionaries from around the world, about the great work that God is doing in these foreign fields, but also the continued need for more missionaries.

This month of January we are truly going to be criss-crossing the country, as we are scheduled to be in churches in Georgia, Virginia, California, and North Carolina. While we covet your prayers for safety on the road, our number one desire is to be an encouragement to churches.

John 17:3 “And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.” And so, the journey begins!
